After taking a rock to my wind shield last weekend, I called Farmers auto claim department to file a ticket Sunday night. The call took, maybe 5 minutes, which was amazing (other competitors want every detail of the incident before they even consider filing a claim). I had a call from the Safelite tech Monday morning at 8am and they worked around my travel schedule to set up an on site repair....it was amazing and super easy!!
I appreciate Farmers devotion to customer satisfaction; this was hassle free and made my life super easy. Keep up the great work!

I want to put in a good word for David. He did a tremendous job of working through a bureaucratic mess when we were trying to close on our new home in Lakeway. He was patience with me when I called him numerous times a day for several days when trying to get a resolution on a missed file claim by the previous owners. He made me feel that I was he only client when Iâ€™m sure he was dealing with several others.
